St. Philip
St. Philip was also from Bethsaida. He answered Christ’s call and was instrumental in Bartholomew’s call. He played a role in the multiplication of the loaves of bread and the fish, (John 6:5-7), and with Andrew, acted as a messenger fro the Greeks who wanted to see Jesus.
He is usually symbolized by the staff surmounted by a cross or by two loaves of bread.
