St. Thaddaeus

St. ThaddeausSt. Thaddaeus is identified as Judas son of James. (Acts 1:13). Thaddaeus is the first Apostle to arrive in Armenia. He converted to Christianity Santoukht, the daughter of King Sanadroog. He was martyred in the province of Ardaz, Armenia, by the command of King Sanadroog. He is symbolized by the lance.
