In the Sanctuary you are in the presence of Almighty God. Please take into consideration the following:

1. Before entering the church turn off your cellular phone and remove your chewing gum.Make the sign of the Cross while you enter the church.

2. If you come in during the Gospel reading, the Veraperum (presentation of the chalice/hosts on the Altar) or sermon, be sure that you either wait at the entrance or sit in the back.

4. Avoid putting your hand on your spouse's or friend's shoulder or crossing your legs.

5. During the General Confession you can either join those who come forward and kneel or stay where you are. When you receive the Holy Communion cross yourself and say megha Asdoodzoh (I sinned against God). It is recommended as St. Paul says that ladies cover their heads as a sign of modesty (1 Cor. 11:5). Also remove your lipstick prior to communion.

6. At the conclusion of Badarak remain quiet. Greet your friends outside the Church.
