Requiem Request

- To request a requiem service for the soul of your beloved please call the church office at (718)224-2275 no later than Friday 12:00PM so that we can your request printed in the Sunday Bulletin. You may also download the requiem form and fax it to the Church office at (718)224-8793.

- You may send your donation by mail or drop it at church office.

- Please note that no requiem services could be held in our church on Daghavar Days (major Holidays): Christmas, Palm Sunday, Easter Sunday, Sunday of Transfiguration, The Feast of Assumption of the Virgin Mary and The Feast of Holy Cross.
